Information we process
When you use Discord login, the AEP Prime API receives your Discord account identifier, basic profile fields and the server list required for dashboard access. Server setup requests include the chosen server ID and the settings you submit.
Payments
Cashfree processes INR checkout. AEP Prime may retain Cashfree order/payment identifiers, the purchased plan, Discord user ID, selected server ID where applicable, amount, currency, status and timestamps for activation, support and accounting. AEP Prime should never request or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate dashboard sessions, check server access, save supported settings, activate a verified subscription, prevent duplicate payment fulfilment and respond to support requests. Discord, Cashfree, the hosting provider and configured database may process data under their own policies.
Retention and deletion
Before launch, the operator must define specific retention periods for OAuth sessions, support requests and transaction records, and publish a contact for deletion or privacy requests. Accounting or dispute-related records may need to be retained where required by law.
Security
OAuth secrets, Cashfree credentials and API bridge secrets must stay on the server. Requests to change settings require server-side permission checks and CSRF validation. No security process can guarantee absolute protection.
