Before you pay
Review the selected plan, server, price in INR and duration. No Prefix costs ₹30 for 30 days; Prime Premium costs ₹60 for 30 days and does not include No Prefix.
Failed or delayed activation
If Cashfree reports a successful payment but the entitlement is not activated, do not pay again immediately. Contact AEP Prime support with the Cashfree order ID. The operator should verify the payment and reconcile the pending activation.
Refund decisions
The operator must set a clear refund and cancellation policy that complies with applicable law and Cashfree merchant requirements before enabling live payments. State the eligible scenarios, time window, process and expected handling timeline here before launch.
